The briefing is built from public signals only: app-store reviews, community discussion, outage reports, and press coverage. No internal customer data from any organisation is used to produce the public briefing.

The public landing page at cjipro.com collects no personal data from visitors. Specifically:
- No analytics (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, or similar).

- No cookies set by this site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly-necessary technical cookies for security and performance; these do not identify visitors.
