Summary. This public landing page collects no personal data. We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising tags. If you contact us by email, we process the contents of your message only to reply to you. We are based in the United Kingdom and operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

CJI Pro ("we", "us") is an independent market-research publication operating from the United Kingdom. For the purpose of UK GDPR, the data controller is the publisher of cjipro.com, contactable at [email protected].

What this site does

cjipro.com publishes a daily analyst briefing on customer-journey intelligence for regulated consumer-service brands. The briefing is built from public signals only: app-store reviews, community discussion, outage reports, and press coverage. No internal customer data from any organisation is used to produce the public briefing.

What data this landing page collects

The public landing page at cjipro.com collects no personal data from visitors. Specifically:

If you email us

If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply. Emails are retained for operational purposes and deleted when no longer needed, typically within 24 months of the last correspondence unless you ask for earlier deletion.

Alpha access and the private briefing

The daily briefing pages on this domain are access-controlled and available only to named alpha partners who have been invited directly. For that access, we process a named email address for the sole purpose of authorisation. Alpha partners can request deletion of their email from the allowlist at any time by emailing [email protected].

Public-signal data in the briefing

The daily briefing quotes verbatim customer feedback published on public platforms (app stores, forums, news media). Quotes are attributed to the platform and date only. We do not attempt to re-identify the individuals who wrote them. If you believe a quote published on our briefing should not be republished, email [email protected] and we will consider the request promptly.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to: access personal data we hold about you; request correction; request deletion; object to processing; and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Data transfers

Site hosting is provided by Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, security) and GitHub (content hosting). These providers may process traffic data outside the UK, including in the United States, under approved transfer mechanisms (UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Security contact

Security disclosures should be sent to [email protected]. See also our security.txt.
